01What is the minimum age required?
There is no strict minimum age requirement, but we recommend that children be at least 6 or 7 years old. This often depends on the group, as some children may require a bit more attention. For this reason, we suggest that at least one adult accompanies them at all times.
02How many people can play on an LED floor at the same time?
These games are designed for team play and participation, although in some cases it is possible for a single player. The maximum capacity on the LED floors at the same time is 8 people. But don’t worry, if you're in a larger group, you can always wait for your turn in our comfortable rest areas.
03What is the price?
The price is calculated per player for 1 hour or 2 hours of gameplay and varies depending on the number of people and the plan you choose. You can check our additional plans on the reservation page or by contacting The Floor is Lava team :)
04How long is the reservation to play on the LED floors?
You can book any of our 3 LED floors for either 1 full hour or two hours.
05What the difference between the gamezones?
The only difference between them is the placement. Some of them are more private and some of them more exposed, but don't worry, all of them have the same games!
06Is it necessary to book in advance?
It’s not mandatory, but if you want to ensure availability at your preferred time and date, we recommend booking through our website, especially since afternoons and weekends tend to be busier :)
07What is the cancellation policy?
If you book an individual offer for an LED floor, you need to cancel 25 hours before your visit to get a full refund. For birthday, school, or corporate team-building offers, cancellations must be made 72 hours before the visit. The estimated processing time for a cancellation is between 2 to 10 business days.
08How should I dress to play on the LED floors?
Dress comfortably! You’re going to have a lot of fun and move a lot, so it’s recommended to wear lightweight clothing that allows for full freedom of movement. As a tip, we suggest wearing non-slip socks to enhance the experience :)
09Can you organize birthday parties at the venue?
Yes! We love celebrations, especially birthdays. You can book through our website in the 'Birthday Offer' section or contact us if you have more questions.
10Can you organize corporate team-building events with you?
