The practical answers families usually need before choosing a package.
Ask us on WhatsAppCan parents or other adults attend?
Yes. In Valencia, the party-room capacity is approximately 30 people. In Murcia, the XL package can accommodate approximately 40 people, always including the children.
Can one extra child attend?
As an exception, one extra child per gamezone is allowed for a €15 supplement. The recommended capacity remains 8 players per zone.
Does the price decrease if fewer children attend?
No. The price covers the 2-hour gamezone booking, party room and included food; it is not calculated per person.
Can we change flavours or add more pizzas?
Yes. During booking you can choose from the available flavours and add extra pizzas for €10 each.
What is the cancellation policy?
Birthday bookings must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. Refunds may take between 2 and 10 business days.
